After you’ve completed a purchase from the ProPhoto site, you will automatically be setup with your own account on our site, and you should see all of the products you purchased in the Account History section of that account page.
You can login to this account page at any time to access all prior purchases. Just click the My Account link on our site, or go directly to the URL. On the login page, will be prompted to enter your e-mail address:
Simply enter and click Verify, which will send an e-mail to that address with instructions on setting your own password. Once you are logged in, you can download the latest version of any products that you’ve purchased.
If you no longer have access to the e-mail address that you used when purchasing your ProPhoto products, simply contact us and provide us with your old address and your new e-mail address, and we can manually add it to your account for you.
