We know your contact form submissions are like gold to you. So, in the rare event that a form submission does not make it through to your inbox, we keep a record of every successful submission in “ProPhoto > Form Log”. 
It’s a good idea to check the log on a regular basis because hosts and email providers have a history of overzealous security protocols that can result in emails getting blocked, even when they were not previously. As soon as a viewer sees the message indicating successful submission, the form content will show up in the log.
