If you would like to receive an e-mail notification any time a visitor makes a WordPress comment (not Facebook comment) on your site, simply go to the “Settings > Discussion” area and check the appropriate box in the Email me whenever settings area:
Once you do that and click save, any time a comment is made on the site, you’ll receive an e-mail to whatever address is input in the “Users > Your profile” area for the author of the post/page where the comment was made.
